## **Booking & Cancellation Policy** ### **1. Important Notice** * **Reservation Confirmation:** Submitting the booking form **does not** guarantee a reservation. The final booking status and pricing are subject to the official quotation sent by our sales department. * **Availability Inquiry:** Please contact us via **LINE** to check vehicle availability before booking. * **LINE ID:** @orivan (Please include the "@" symbol) ### **2. Rental Fees & Additional Costs** The basic rental fee covers the vehicle use only. The following items are **NOT** included: * **Insurance:** Mandatory for all models (**6,700 JPY/day**). * **Equipment Rental:** Fees for camping gear. * **Special Cleaning Fees:** Applies to unemptied toilets/waste tanks, smoking inside, or evidence of pets. * **Traffic Violations:** Speeding, illegal parking, driving on restricted roads, or staying overnight in prohibited areas. * **Late Return Fee:** **3,000 JPY per hour** after 17:00 (fractions of an hour count as a full hour). * **Tolls & Damages:** Highway tolls and any damage to vehicle parts. --- ### **3. Reservation Process** * **Booking Window:** Reservations open up to **12 months** in advance. * **Payment:** Primarily via **Credit Card**. * **Response Time:** We will confirm vehicle availability within **2 business days** of your application. * **Payment Deadline:** The total balance must be paid within **48 hours** of receiving the quotation to secure your booking. * **Booking Changes:** One free date change is allowed if the same model is available. A fee of **2,000 TWD** applies for each subsequent change. * **Credit Card Fees:** The 5% transaction fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation. --- ### **4. Other Regulations** * **Driving Experience:** Not recommended for inexperienced drivers. * **Child Safety:** Children under **6 years old** must use a child safety seat. * **Authorized Drivers:** Only pre-registered drivers are permitted to operate the vehicle. * **No Refunds for Early Return:** No refunds for personal reasons. * **Strict Prohibitions:** **No smoking** and **no pets** allowed inside all vehicles. * **Contingency Clause:** If the vehicle is unavailable due to prior accidents or repairs, a full refund will be issued, but we are not liable for other related losses (e.g., hotel cancellations).
